A Childs Prayer

A CHILD’S PRAYER is an intuitive and embodied exploration of the wounded inner child through an alchemical lens. Through material experimentation and personal ritual, the artist investigates how unconscious beliefs /often rooted in early trauma/ shape our perception of self and reality.

Emerging from a deeply personal journey supported by trance states, dream documentation, and psilocybin-assisted therapy, the work engages making as a ritual of clarity, release, and transformation. Techniques such as automatic drawing and making symbols serve as tools for accessing hidden knowledge and emotional memory.

Copper plays a central role in the process, approached as an alchemical material <malleable yet enduring>. Through its manipulation, the artist explores transformation as both a physical and psychic act.

A CHILD’S PRAYER becomes a ritual of repair.

A space where intuitive creation opens pathways for integration and healing.
